Conformance Standard

The Site aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Measures We Have Taken

As part of this pass, the Site was updated to include: a keyboard-accessible “Skip to main content” link on every page; a semantic <main> landmark wrapping each page’s primary content; visible focus indicators on links, buttons, and form fields; a corrected heading hierarchy; labeled form fields on the Contact and newsletter forms; and decorative icons marked so assistive technology skips over them.

Ongoing Efforts

Accessibility is an ongoing effort, and this Site is in the process of being reviewed against WCAG 2.1 AA on a rolling basis rather than a single completed audit. Some embedded third-party content (such as fonts or the Jeeves guide widget) may be outside our direct control.
